No complaints. The only issue I had was the title company Surety. They should have known and made sure that the buyer had an original document with the raised seal (from the Surrogate Court)from the seller as this was required by DMV. I had to go to DMV twice istead of going once.
We had a great experience with Farrell Realty. They are very attentive and caring. Our realtor, Tina, was so helpful for us. We were selling a house in NJ from FL and she really made it as easy as she possibly could. She went above and beyond for us.
