Rudy was knowledgeable and professional yet personable. He worked diligently yet quickly. I am extremely pleased with the work he did. When or if I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely insist on Rudy. In this day and age, it is difficult to find honest and trustworthy professionals. Rudy is both. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.
We’ve used Farrell Plumbing and Heating twice now. First time was because we happen to find them on the Internet. Second time was because of the exceptional customer service the first time. And the second time, Pat called me back on CHRISTMAS DAY after texting him. I told him I didn’t expect a call back but was just ‘rolling the dice’. He replied by calling within 30 minutes. Excellent Customer Service, service .was done quite quickly. Called this morning for service and they were here shortly after; they fixed they replaced the leaking pressure release valve(PRV) and installed a new 3/4 ball valve before the PRV. And they fixed the Slow filling bathroom by replacing the flood safe toilet supply water cable. Excellent Service Definitely Recommend.
