I highly recommend the services offered by Michael T. Farrell PhD. & Associates as a client for 5 years. Being in Middletown, I primarily go through the South Dayton location as it is closer to me. Great office staff there that have helped me out a lot when I've called. The psychologist I see mainly via telehealth is extraordinarily gifted as a Psy.D. she has helped me a great deal. I would encourage anyone who has a need for their services to reach out to them at either location. -Dustin Stultz

Such wonderful, caring people here. As a regular patient for the past few years I can honestly review this business. Obviously I chose 5 stars only because 10 wasn't an option on Google. Wanda, Stephanie you're the best. Dr. Ellington is an amazing therapist, and in my own experience...simply the best.
I have been seen by Dr. Patel a handful of times. After not seeing him for some months, I went and was seen by him today. One of the first things he says to me is, “wow, you’ve gained a lot of weight.” I try to brush this off, but he continues to bring it up numerous times. I even said, “my weight isn’t my main concern,” but he didn’t seem to acknowledge my discomforts. It would be one thing if he was a dietitian, but he’s not. I see Dr. Patel out of Farrel's office. Very pleasant and knowledgable. One of the best experiences I have had with any doctor since I had my work injury!
