Both the doctors, assistants, and nurses are excellent, very helpful, and the reception staff as well. The entire stage of my pregnancy was very comforting to go to each medical appointment... I have no complaints, only gratitude and many blessings for everyone.
My mom has been coming here for years and absolutely loves it here and loves her doctors. I have been to other Columbia practices but had my first visit at Farrell and loved it with my new provider Dr. Olivia P. She is amazing and kind hearted, cares and cautious of any symptoms or things you tell her that’s bothering you and she tries to actually work on them I love it. She listens. This clinic removed me from my primary care doctor without telling me why and I have to juggle between different doctors which is annoying. Not only that, they removed walk ins and the My Chart App they take forever to schedule an appointment for something that may be of concern.
This clinic is incredibly frustrating to deal with. They take months to respond to messages, and the doctors do not reply directly. The front desk only reaches out if you send multiple messages to your provider. Additionally, there is no main number to call for direct communication with the clinic. The doctors often schedule appointments without informing you, seemingly just to ensure they receive payment from your insurance.
