i called farrell brothers water heaters when i noticed water marks on my downstairs bathroom ceiling in westminster. i thought maybe the upstairs sink or tub had a leak dripping down. todd showed up the same day, right when i asked. he even called me half an hour before getting here to say he was coming. todd checked everything and let me know it wasn't a plumbing leak—it was just condensation from the a/c. he didn’t charge me for the visit or try to add extra fees, which a lot of other plumbers might have done. you really c... read more

Pedro, Scott, Bryan, and the team did an excellent job. There was a slight delay getting some parts, but it was worth the wait. The new bathroom plumbing looks fantastic and we couldn’t be happier. This is the second time Farrell Brothers Water Heaters has helped us out. After our kitchen had a major leak, they fixed everything and now both our kitchen and bathroom are in great shape. I’ve called Farrell Brothers Water Heaters a couple of times—first to check for a possible water leak, and again to install a dishwasher. Both times, they were professional, skilled, and really did more than I expected. When I was worried about a leak, Bryan came out and carefully checked everything, explained the situation clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on.
