We had a big problem with our main sewer line backing up into our downstairs bathroom. At first, we called a big plumbing company, but they had trouble getting our main access cap off, so they tried to run their cable through the toilet. Our drains kept getting slower, so we decided it was time to call a plumber. Bryan came out and quickly figured out what was wrong. He explained that the clean out pipe in our yard had probably been hit by a lawn mower a while back, which caused it to crack underground.
