I needed 2 ball valves replaced and a piece of copper pipe fixed. I was told that the ball valves cost them over $350 each. He then tried to persuade me to replace my copper pipes and replace them with pex pvc…..for $3500. Scammers.
Used them for my sink, they did a great job. Hired them to come back to do my toilet. They installed a used or defective toilet for $996 and have strung me along about replacing it after agreeing to do so. Highly overpriced for a used toilet.
Our 50 plus year old gas furnace/boiler needed to be replaced. We were quoted a reasonable price for this major replacement. The installation occurred within a week and took just a day. The professionals who came to my home were respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We’ve had a few very frigid days recently, but our home is warm and I’m certain the new unit is much more efficient. Our “warm” thanks!
This company was utilized as a 3rd party vendor for the apartment complex that I live in. They entered my home with total and absolute disregard. (I have cameras in my apartment) they did not wear booties on their feet and walked with work boots all over my area rug that was purchase for my little grand children to play on. Nor did they wear their masks properly (they were on their chins). Last time I checked Covid is out there and some people like me are compromised.
