Thought it was the capacitor again, lucky me - it was. Goose confirmed and had it fixed in less than 30 min total. Unit unexpectedly shut off after capacitor replacement for about 5 solid minutes then turned back on (he said it could be the Nest which sounds about right). Once it restarted, we ran it for about 15 more minutes and it was steady. Voltage, refrigerant correct. I have a newer unit Am Standard 3 ton, installed in 2018 (compressor and handler).
