Several drug dealers lived in the complex and when we complained to the security, the security officer told us she would not answer noise complaints until after 10 pm weekdays and 12 midnight weekends and then it took up to 3 hours sometimes for a response. When we complained to the management about people dealing drugs outside our windows at all hours of the night, we were told "if you don't like the noise of neighbors, get a house".
