Thrilled with my recent experience at Farrah's. I had my three rings resized and plated. They did a beautiful job and also followed up after the pick up to ensure that the sizing was exactly what I had wanted. The entire process was smooth and easy and everyone I dealt with so friendly. I even ended up purchasing a new pair of earrings from them in the process. Thank you for the beautiful work. I will certainly be back!
I always struggled to find a good jeweller in Ottawa for the longest time but finally found the one! I went for the first time today and received exceptional service by Farrah herself & her staff. They were extremely kind & helpful. I needed some repairs done and I got a very reasonable quote, including an item being repaired while I was there. Extremely happy with the service & I will definitely be going back for all of my jewelry needs!

We had a great experience getting a custom made wedding band at Farrah! After shopping around for quite some time, we decided the custom route was the best way to go with my low set engagement ring.
