A few years ago, I lost one of my earrings in a parking lot. Thank goodness it was found but was crushed. I took it to Farrah, who performed miracles and now I have what I feel are a brand new pair of earrings! She also fixed a very intricate necklace of mine. Farrah and her team of experts are amazing. Her attention to detail along with her devotion to her clients is unsurpassed. Hands down, she has the best Jewellery shop in Ottawa! Thank you so much Farrah!

Farrah delivered the utmost amazing service, and helped us pull from our imaginations the rings of our dreams. With 4 custom rings (2 engagement and 2 wedding bands), Farrah was able to capture the uniqueness of our personalities and apply it to our rings. She included elements of both of my fiance's late parents' wedding rings, which we will forever be indebted for. Our proposal took place in Vietnam, and these rings will always and forever remind us of those special days spent by the sea 🌊

So happy with the work this team did! My fiancé told me that they worked closely with him to create this beautiful custom engagement ring (elongated cushion centre stone with diamond detailing on the stone's setting, with a yellow gold band). Sarah worked with me after the engagement to discuss the ring's features, as well as information on the re-sizing process, ring check-in's, and complimentary cleaning. I have received so many compliments on this ring and couldn't be happier.
