Friendly and personable
The best doctor I have ever had. She is up to date on new procedures, caring, patient, and a good listener. She takes time with you, doesn't rush through the appointment, making sure you understand your treatment.
Dr. Hafeez has a wonderful bedside manner! You can immediately tell that she sincerely cares about your concerns, feelings and questions. She always takes the time to fully explain the issues involved in your specific diagnosis and treatment. She is direct, supportive and sympathetic. More importantly, she listens. She is the best family practice physician I have ever encountered. I have recommended her to my family members & friends in the past & will not hesitate to do so in the future.

I would certainly recommend Dr. Hafeez to anyone looking for a great family doctor. Dr. Hafeez listens to everything the patient is saying and answers all question completely. Another great quality of Dr. Hafeez is her compassion. Dr. Hafeez is not quick to give medications but first studies the entire physical history of the patient. Having spent 30 plus years in health care, I know that not all doctors have equal abilities. Dr. Hafeez is one of the best doctors I have every encountered
No matter how busy Dr. Hafeez is, she always greets you with a smile and spends quality time listening intently to your concerns. When Dr Hafeez takes time out of her busy schedule to give me same day test results, she deserves an A+ in my book! Also, the staff in her office are always polite and friendly; patient customer service / satisfaction at its best!
My husband and I see Dr. Hafeez since Dr. Romanik left her practice. Like Dr. Romanik, Dr. Hafeez really listens to her patients. She is very kind and compassionate. We discuss many of my husband's issues because he is a liver transplant recipient. Because of my insurance issues (out-of-network), I can no longer see her which breaks my heart. I have recommended Dr. Hafeez to family and friends who need a primary care physician. Thank you, Dr. Hafeez!
I have been seeing Dr. Hafeez since she was a resident, I trust her with everything. She takes the time to listen to her patients and talk with them. I highly recommend her and her office staff who are also all great.
