Can't get a call back. Ice froze my pipes and they won't even call back to fix my flooded basement
Amazingly helpful. They were able to diagnose the issue and repair the boiler quickly and cheaply. I've had 3 different companies come through to try to fix the issue in the last 2 years, so it was such a relief to finally have our heat working reliably again! Honestly couldn't recommend them enough!
Farr was by far the best bid I received. They were thorough and timely, going above and beyond expectations.
Pretty good folks- were willing to provide me a rough quote on some work beforehand, fixed up some honest mistakes they made which caused some delays, and tried their best to get me in as early as possible between mine and their schedules. Their rates seem in line with what I've been charged for plumbers before. Overall, would recommend. I like that they're very communicative and honest.
