I ordered something as a Christmas present. Not knowing that the return window was only 15 days… shortest return window I have ever heard of it. After calling and sitting on hold to get the return window extended, they were able to “make an exception”, awesome! Well come to find out, I have to pay to return the tool that was never used, never opened. Every other company I have ever had to do a return with will send you a prepaid label.
