When I first moved here March 21,2024 things were good. The ladies in the office faked nice and professional. Soon as I started having maintenance problems that’s when all the trouble came. I have been putting in work orders for my upstairs bathroom leaking hot water for months. They never did anything about it until I came home from work and my living room was about to flood. They never answer the phone always hang up on you
New tenant and the process of getting approved was so seamless. The office staff was very attentive and informative. Unit was very spacious and well kept and clean to be an empty unit upon my arrival before moving in. I always get an answer in the office. I’m overall satisfied with my experience and the community!
