Our stay has been absolutely perfect! The hotel and location are so lovely but the staff is what really makes this resort stand out! The front desk team is phenomenal. The service at the Lighthouse restaurant is a 10/10! The team, especially Cece, went above and beyond to make this trip memorable for us and our baby!
Great hotel. Just be careful with the people checking you in. They said that they were putting a hold on my card for incidentals. When i got back to my room i had two charges for 150 and 500. Still pending on the card. Room service for cleaning was horrible. Had grass from slippers in the room and wasnt cleaned for 3 days. Tyler the bartender was great, thats about it. Food was pretty good but pricey.
I was hoping for a much more true resort experience. I loved my room, but I see someone else mentioned that the safe was non functional (mine was where someone had engaged it and left the door open on it - so it was unusable). I was not cleaned during my stay. One day I requested no service, but the next day I did not put the "Knot" on my door, but was never cleaned. Then the ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken all 3 days I was there, so I would go to the 2nd floor, which meant there was no ice because everyone was doing... read more
The rooms themselves are nice and the property is clean and well maintained, but the service, particularly at the front desk, is laughable. I have over $350 unexplained charges from the hotel on my credit card and every attempt I’ve made to address these with the resort has resulted in them not being able to explain the charges yet failing to provide a resolution. Please read in its entirety before booking. I called ahead before check-in to request a crib for our room. When we arrived, there was no crib. I called the front desk, and although they said they’d send one right away, it took 2–3 hours because housekeeping went to the wrong room. The shower knob was completely broken and fell off.
