My family stayed at the Faro Blanco from 12/29/25 to 1/2/26. The check-in process was problematic. Despite using the Hilton app to schedule a 4:00 pm check-in and selecting a room, our room was not ready until after 5:30 pm. Housekeeping did not change the towels or clean the hotel-provided cups for drinking coffee in the room. Calling management was not helpful. The spa was not open, and we were told it had not been open since 12/12/25. For a Curio property to claim to be a resort and not have a spa is hard to understand. ... read more
