When we first arrived we were told the room was not ready and they’d call when it was which is fine because we arrived at 12:30 so we got lunch at the restaurant. The food was average maybe a bit below since it was insanely greasy and the service was poor. Then we get our room, I had to go ask the front desk again if the room was ready, they did not call like they said they would. The room looks nice but it’s missing a lot in the details. Super hôtel directement sur la mer. Chambres parfaites et personnel au top. Très bon rapport qualité prix comparé à la France.
Merveilleux Hôtel : allez y les yeux fermés ! Vraiment tout : la gentillesse du personnel, les jardins (végétation luxuriante, hamac, jeux extérieurs à disposition, les 2 piscines avec serviettes à disposition…), la chambre spacieuse et très propre, le restaurant très bon et abordable et la situation géographique : au milieu des keys. Je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel famille ou en couple. J'ai tout aimé !
