Stayed two nights at Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club and absolutely loved it. Such a beautiful property with an amazing ambiance, great food, and top-notch service. Everything from the views to the overall vibe was perfect. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at, truly a 5/5 experience. Can’t wait to visit again!
After 12 hrs of travel to get here we were greeted with an absolutely rude and combative waitresses that resulted in a forced tip for a "large table" (family of 5), then we settled into our room at 10pm to find the TV did not work. Maintenance left our room at 11pm and told us to contact the front desk to "figure it out". Front desk took until almost 12am to tell us to relocate to another room if we wanted a TV. Incredible experience at Faro Blanco. Front desk staff were super friendly and kind. Really clean hotel and the pool was open nice and late. Perfect for our family as we arrived on the later side. Highly recommend.
