I just went to pick up my medical records from this office and was informed it was a $25.00 charge. I followed up by asking if I could have them emailed to me without the charge. I was informed that the $25.00 charge was their policy and has been for the past 20 years. I have never been charged before at any doctors office for picking up my own medical records. Great experience! I was dealing with shoulder pain for 4 months and thought it would just go away. Finally decided to see a physical therapist about it. Farnsworth made getting an appointment and billing my insurance super easy. The physical therapist examined my shoulder and diagnosed me with frozen shoulder. I did my rehab and 4 weeks later I was pain free. I wish I would have not waited to get help for 4 months. Thanks again Farnsworth physical therapy!
