I just went to pick up my medical records from this office and was informed it was a $25.00 charge. I followed up by asking if I could have them emailed to me without the charge. I was informed that the $25.00 charge was their policy and has been for the past 20 years. I have never been charged before at any doctors office for picking up my own medical records.
