Very pleased with the installation and service I have received from Farnell. Office staff is always friendly and technicians are knowledgeable.
If you just want service with no customer service, they're your company. Absolutely horrible customer service from the office manager to the service manager. They care about your comfort is their motto, but I think they just care about your money. Not your time or your circumstance.
