I went to school with the owner, Tommy Farnell, he is from Mobile Alabama and grew up in the industry, upon him receiving his degree, his father opened the Opelika branch, Tommy is very knowledgable in the hvac industry, I learned a lot from him and know him to be a stand up guy.
Matt was an excellent service technician and resolved our problem quickly and efficiently. He called to let us know when he was coming, showed up on time, identified and fixed our problem, had great communication skills and was a super nice guy! Great overall experience.
Y'all have some hard working friendly employees. We had our unit installed yesterday and everyone was great. Thank you to everyone who helped us we love our Lennox unit!!
