My father has been living here since 2019. The first condo he purchased flooded. As for second condo he purchased, after selling the first one, was advertised as a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath. Stating there was 2 bedrooms and a half bath on the second floor. My father uses a walker to move around not knowing the second floor is completely UNFINISHED. NO SHEETROCK, NO FLOORING, NO BATHROOM. Very upsetting
