Quiet apartment community, well maintained with very responsive property management.
Farmington West Apartments, older building, clean, well maintained, assigned parking, free washer and dryer, nice place to call home, close to downtown Farmington, shops, restaurants, plenty of parking, Movie theater
I moved in March of 2020. Candace was the original landlord but shortly retired. They hired a gentleman, Marty to take over and he has done an AMAZING job! He is easily the best landlord I could have asked for. He is on top of it when it comes to every little detail about making the complex look great and functional for all of us. The moment you call him with something, he is practically at your doorstep to handle the problem so you aren’t inconvenienced. He has a great heart and acts on every person’s best interest.
