Amazing staff, clean place, very friendly!
Worked with me during move from sister community. Got me the apartment I wanted and were always very responsive.
Maintenance comes very quickly and the property is kept clean. They just started to do community events like Yappy Hour which is fun. Only down fall is traffic and construction which is going on all through Summerville.
Might not be a big deal to some people but the layout of the second floor townhouses are oddly arranged. We weren’t able to get the couch through the doorframe due to the location of the closet and stairs. Something to keep in mind!
