I’ve had a great experience living at MAA Farm Springs. The community itself is very pretty and well maintained, with beautiful landscaping throughout the property. The grounds are always clean and it really makes the complex feel welcoming when you drive in. The price for the apartments is very fair for the area, especially considering the number of amenities available. The pool is gorgeous and easily one of the highlights of the community. The office team, especially Franklin, has been so wonderful in helping us with an emergency move. They went above and beyond to help us get in over the weekend. The apartments are beautiful, the faculty is very nice and well kept, we're very happy with the entire experience so far.
My partner and I have lived in Farm Springs for a bit over a year now and really enjoyed our time here! The office staff (Franklin & Madi) are kind, helpful, & responsive. Maintenance requests are typically resolved the day they’re submitted. The finishes in the apartment could use some updating, but everything is functional. We live on the third floor, so I can’t vouch for upstairs noise, but generally, the apartments don’t carry sound. People are moving out in droves! These are churn & burn apartments. While this is my personal experience, I encourage prospective renters to observe these same patterns themselves. Shortly after move-in, the property manager either quit or was terminated. While things happen, this early instability set the tone. By then, my lease was already signed. I had an amazing experience at this property. I was relocating over 1,200 miles, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Madi went above and beyond by sending video tours of available homes, which made the long-distance move so much easier.
