Eh. A relative moved in here. Went to visit and see new place and was less than impressed, especially for what the prices are. His apartment was painted a drab and depressing shade of kind of a mustard yellow with brownish accents. It was a tiny apartment as well. So tiny. The whole place seemed dreary to us. I can't comment on amenities since we didn't visit those. One thing I noticed is that the dog park area is so far back and away from most units.
