This will be my first full month here & it’s been my favorite living space to be in. The neighborhood is quiet & well kept. These units are definitely unique compared to other options in the area ! I toured the units & was moved in by the next week. Madi was nothing short of efficient & accommodating during the application & move in process. Looking forward to being a resident here long term!

They will put you out on the street, even if you’re disabled and faced a one month period of unemployment. They were well aware of my disability status and that I am waiting on social security. I begged and offered to be out by Nov 1st my dad flew in from nyc cause I thought I would be leaving. I was told by multiple staff members it’s two months upfront to break lease regardless of anything, I asked to make payment arrangements.
