I’ve had such a great experience at Farm Springs, and a big part of that is thanks to Liz, the property manager. She is always professional, approachable, and truly goes above and beyond for residents. The location of the property is excellent, the landscaping is beautifully maintained, and there’s a great selection of units to choose from. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and efficiently, which really gives peace of mind. Amazing staff, clean place, very friendly!
Worked with me during move from sister community. Got me the apartment I wanted and were always very responsive.
Maintenance comes very quickly and the property is kept clean. They just started to do community events like Yappy Hour which is fun. Only down fall is traffic and construction which is going on all through Summerville.
