Reviews are very important to the community, especially to those who are new. I have been a patron for over 16 years. Staff comes & goes as do in many places. I have always been pleased, and sometimes overwhelmed with the support & knowledge I have encountered. My dogs have always received the best of care and at a difficult end of life experience with my former dog , he & I were handled with deep affection & support from Dr. Fessler. They used to be awesome. Dr Millspaugh and Dr Breed are fantastic. But the receptionists and techs have gone down hill in the last few years. we are leaving them because of that.

The staff ... receptionists, techs and vets are incredibly kind and professional. im so glad i switched to them. they give guidance in emergency situations, make sure that your pet is seen when truly not well and are reasonable in price. Thank you for all you and your staff do everyday, but especially in this challenging time. 🙏❤
I wouldn't recommend them because my dog walked in and was carried out because when they took him in the back they either dropped him or let him fall. They took no accountability. I immediately found a new veterinary clinic in Canandaigua and was so much happier not only with the care of my dog but with the attitude and caring of the staff.
I have been with this vet for many years. I just recently switched vets due to the lack of care provided by Farmington's vets. My 12 year husky was diagnosed with DM today when the vet at Farmington three days prior told me he had arthritis. I also have taken him into Farmington for his seizures which they told me he had anxiety. The worse part of all of this is Farmington vets never ran any tests just threw meds at him. I would never trust those vets in Farmington! 🤬 — with Kandy Liguori and 2 others.

We take our animals there. They take very good care of them. We just lost our dog Rosie. They were very kind and helpful. They even sent a card with everyone signing it.
We just returned home from a vacation and I open a card with notes from the staff giving condolences for the loss of our cat Tinky. Absolutely touched our hearts❤️🐾 ty for caring
