Kris is an awesome vet. Front desk is very friendly
Dr. Kris was able to help my old kitty recapture her youth. She’d been having urinary troubles and was spending her days sleeping. After the Cosequin didn’t make things better she suggested a diet change with a stress formula of Hills urinary care. She been improving since the switch and this morning chased and leaped and pounced on her favorite catnip mouse! Dr. Kris has spent the time to talk out the problems and find the best solution. Thank you!!

Unless you want an experience like I received today from the rude, mocking and curt front desk lady, this is not the place to bring your pet. I have been a long time customer and actually walked out today without scheduling anything. I will be searching for another vet with pleasant desk people.
We have brought our Pomeranian here on multiple occasions. The staff was always friendly and knowledgeable. I'm not going to complain about the price because it is what it is. They have the knowledge, they have the experience, they have the equipment, I don't. And when it comes to fixing up your best furry friend, it cost money. Its cheaper than the ER!! I appreciate them and all they have done!! We will continue to return and recommend.

I love Dr. Lorenz but the front desk staff is so disorganized and every time I call, I am placed on hold, no matter what time of day I call. The front desk staff are not very friendly either. The hours are poor also. I may have to consider going elsewhere �. I have been bringing my dogs here since I was 7/8 years old. I’m beyond disappointed �
