Lovely team of professionals. Everyone truly cares. From the start of our relationship I had a good feeling about working with FVVNA. Plus they came highly rated from close friends. My gut instinct was right, they’ve been nothing but reliable, compassionate and organized. I’ve been able to count on them to take care of my parents and that’s all I could ask for.
Nursing was awful and unprofessional, management was useless. I do not recommend their services
While nursing was kind, compassionate and well educated management and staffing are an issue. Management of HC is belittling and micromanaging......and they only have 2 full time nurses as people continue to come and leave because of RB, leaving those that are there to be overbooked with appointments and working throughout the night! If I had any advice for administration, if you want to have a company that is well put together from the inside out.....replace management
