Kudos to Farmington electric utility service! I live in Bloomfield and after hearing a loud bang the power went out for me and my neighbor. By the time I reported it and hung up the phone there was already a worker in the alley behind my house fixing the problem! Thank you so much for the excellent service provided! I know that most of the time people only bother to say something when they're complaining about something so I wanted to be sure to leave this post! Thanks again!
If I could leave a 0 star rating or less you wouldn't see a star. If less it would be a -5 star rating. Was on hold last week for almost 2 hours to ask a simple question for my account. Left message for call back after no answer and discovered this morning they tried calling back but my service provider flagged their # as spam so I called back again and was on hold for 3 hours this time until I was getting out of cell range so I left another vm and have not heard back. Do they not have Phones? Seems like they’re non existent here they will have you waiting for hours if you call fyi also we paid for our bill a day ago then went in this morning to check when it will be turned back on the lady said she can do it remotely and it’ll be back on soon we paid $200 for it to come back on it’s been hours since we went into the office WHERE IS OUR ELECTRICITY!!!!? THIS IS THE WORST UTILITY PLACE IVE EVER HAD TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!
Lights off with no disconnection noticed when I got home but water is still on. Paid the full amount at 2:30 then was told no one will be out to turn the lights on between 5pm and 9pm what a joke
Do not expect them to show any humanity or empathy. I wish there was an alternative.
