Telling customers that they ain't going to turn the electricity on because they have attitude? Give the citizens a break! What do these people think? This house hold has children and pets. Is the city asking for a lawsuit? When a person pays their bill. They expect for it to be turned on. 86 degrees outside and no air conditioning? Get your employees under control. And for some reason it always seems to be a natives. Not just here but all around town in certain businesses. Idk where their attitude comes from?
I've set up utility accounts with at least a dozen providers over the last few month, including municipalities, and Farmington is by far the worst. Published phone numbers don't work and once you finally get through to a line, you sit on hold with horrible music for forever...and counting as I write this.
