Greedy and Shady Decent complex, but not for its current prices. They give you just over 2 weeks notice your rent is getting increased over $300/month, and if you don't abide by their rules of 60 days notice of re-signing or not then you go month-to-month, which is over $700 more per month than I am currently paying on my lease. $700 additional. 2 months of Hell If I could give it negative stars I would...I've been living here for 2 months and my washing machine has not worked the entire time!! I put in a maintenance request on Aug 28th...on the 31st I received a note in my apartment saying they had to order a part...I was told later they didn't get the order in actually till the 2nd so a few days later?? Highly Recommend! I lived in a one-bedroom apartment on the third floor. I had an outstanding experience living at this property. The office staff are friendly, genuine, and very quick to respond to residents needs/requests whether its information needed or a maintenance request. The maintenance staff always showed a sense of urgency to complete tasks and they did them correctly the first time around, every single time.
