DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY! HE CLEARLY DOESN’T WANT IT! 0/5 stars! I just spoke to the owner Dan after trying to get ahold of him 2 different times and he was completely rude! He did not speak to me like he wanted business at all and refused to go over the different sized storage containers that I was asking about. He said “I am tired of your menu item options call me back when you know what size you want.” Then he hung up.

I've been a client for over three years. Cleaned out my unit and turned in my keys couple days beyond my monthly renewal. Asked if I could get a refund for the next month since I was so close to the monthly renewal. Not only was the answer no, but who ever was their representative was rude and argumentative. The money is important but I can't believe how poorly I was treated and how condescending their representative was. Terrible way to speak to a long time client!
