Gayle was an excellent hostess and tour guide at Farmington Lakes Apartments! She was warm and welcoming- made us feel at home immediately. She answered all our questions and was her helpful and informative! Loved the two bedroom apartment we toured. The only reason we didn’t choose this location was my husband’s job is taking us out of the area so we are relocating.
Rent raises are crazy they are raising my rent by $322 this year and when I went to go talk to management I was told it’s because I’m living in old unit which is not remodeled and they are forcing everyone to move to remodel units I mean how is it fair that I’m living here for 5 years and getting charged more for non remodel unit compare to remodel units.
Please avoid the place.
