Going by the many reviews here, seems like there is some big time fraud happening with the 2022 bills. They contacted me in 2025 about a 2022 bill which I paid in 2022 itself. After 3 years they claim that I owe them the full bill amount as my payment was reversed in 2024. I didn't receive any communication about any of this activity until a call in mid-2025 from a collection agent from Eastern Account Services who also have negative reviews and no BBB rating. Received a bill in the mail for over $900 for an MRI I never had done. I actually had to look up who they were, and where they're located. It's over a 45 minute drive from me. I called to dispute the bill 8 different times over a 4 month period. I explained each time that my insurance requires prior-authorization for the services they provide. They recently claimed a long-settled bill from January, 2022 was rejected by my insurer, and began billing me in late 2024. I paid the entire claimed amount ($916.43), the final payment being made in January, 2025. But they continue sending me monthly bills for an "unpaid" amount of $150. I've written them twice, enclosing proof of payment for the entire amount of the resurrected 2022 bill. The only response has been continued monthly bills for $150. I would strongly recommend avoiding this imaging center. They rejected a payment of mine nearly two years after it was made, claiming there was a credit card system issue.
The WORST experience trying to pay a simple (and small) bill that I’ve ever had. My suggestion: find somewhere else to get your imaging done because this outfit makes it extremely difficult to do business with.
