Similar to the others. I had issues with the billing department. I was upcoded for an ER visit for my son, the used a CPT code that was not consistent with the service given. Called, many times to try to resolve it, and kept getting the "we will get back to you or we will look into this response" then got sent to collections.

Was sent to collections 7 months after visiting for a bill that I have never seen or know that it is.
ZERO STARS I just received a bill from this company as of 6/17. It was entirely separate from the bill I had already paid in full from Beaumont regarding the same emergency room visit listed in this bill. The bill was marked for collections despite it being my first time having seen it. Conveniently, I received this bill on a Friday, just in time to miss the scheduled hours for the customer support number to make a dispute. I would give them 5 stars for the medical treatment received. I would give them 0 stars if possible for their billing deptartment. We received and promptly paid with a bank check the amount on the invoice. A month later we received another bill for the same amount. I had a cancelled check from our bank as proof that payment was submitted and received. I sent an email to the address listed on the invoice.
