Management is terrible in phase 3. They never fix the problem they say send emails just so they don’t respond. When you call they screen the call and don’t answer. The First Lady they had in management was great but now good luck.
Big big mold problem in the apartments and never would fully fix just covered it up every time. Management was horrible! The pool was always closed down in the summer. I had leaks in the ceiling as well in multiple places and it took years to get them to try and fix it but all they did was paint over it. The police are always in and out of there because of fights, shooting, they also allow child predators to live there. Be careful and do your homework and ask some of the people who live there before signing a contract.
