Maintenance is very responsive and very nice. Office staff always very friendly. Have enjoyed living here for over 3 years.
Update: Do not move here if you want to keep your sanity. Despite management’s response, it has been akin to pulling teeth to get issues resolved. I have had an excessive amount of service requests due to poor maintenance, management, and their utter failure to properly prepare my unit for move in. Long- term tenants clearly damaged the unit. Don't move here very bad service the owner need to do something
Do not move here! Far too many details to share at this point. My concerns are not being taken care of properly. Most issues take multiple redos and everyone from maintenance to vendors have created more problems rather than resolving them. I am happy to speak with the head of CLK management. When I reach out to the office directly, Etienne, assistant property manager, has a calm and pleasant demeanor while missing crucial details and providing misinformation to staff. 10 weeks in, probably 25-30 requests and my place looks worse than when I moved in. Too many issues to list, but I’ll get to them at a later date. Do not consider moving here- it’s been a nightmare!
