This review isn't about the apartment complex, but this is absolutely about their maintenance man, Alvin. Oh, man, Alvin is an absolute treat to work with. Friendly, polite, efficient, this man sees a problem and goes after it until it's fixed. Vibrating AC unit? Not on his watch. Water leak? Hunted down, identified, fixed if he can, escalated to a professional team if he can't, and either way, the work area's cleaned up and the drywall fixed before he leaves. I don’t know why they have a 24/7 emergency line when they dismiss emergencies. I called at 9pm on Saturday for the AC not working and it was dismissed till Monday. They shouldn’t call it 24/7 emergency then. FALSE ADVERTISING.

I have lived here for over 10 years, the apartments are very nice and spacious. I am not in an apartment with storage,but there is plenty room for a keeter box on the patio to store items. I would have to say the maintenaance is top tier. "Alvin" is a one man team and gets the job done. He seems to really care about the residents in this community and always willing to go the extra mile to make living here more pleasurable. Thanks "Alvin" for all you do. I had a very frustrating experience with Farmington Gates Apartments in Germantown. I initially called on a Friday to ask about availability for 3BHK units. The manager informed me that both were available, and he quoted around $1480 for a 3BHK. Based on that, I scheduled a tour. However, things changed when I followed up on Monday. I didn’t receive any callback, so I contacted them myself and mentioned I would arrive shortly. I recently moved in and had an amazing experience. Etienne, the manager, was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The coordination was seamless, and he made sure everything went smoothly. The rest of the office staff are also wonderful—so kind and welcoming. It makes such a difference living in a community with such a great management team. Thank you for making me feel at home!
