I have lived here for over 10 years, the apartments are very nice and spacious. I am not in an apartment with storage,but there is plenty room for a keeter box on the patio to store items. I would have to say the maintenaance is top tier. "Alvin" is a one man team and gets the job done. I had a very frustrating experience with Farmington Gates Apartments in Germantown. I initially called on a Friday to ask about availability for 3BHK units. The manager informed me that both were available, and he quoted around $1480 for a 3BHK. Based on that, I scheduled a tour. However, things changed when I followed up on Monday. I didn’t receive any callback, so I contacted them myself and mentioned I would arrive shortly. I recently moved in and had an amazing experience. Etienne, the manager, was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The coordination was seamless, and he made sure everything went smoothly. The rest of the office staff are also wonderful—so kind and welcoming. It makes such a difference living in a community with such a great management team. Thank you for making me feel at home!
