We have eight family practice physicians consisting of seven medical doctors and one osteopathic physician. Our practice is here to supply medical care to patients of all ages. We have an on-site laboratory and X-ray department to accommodate our patients.

I have been a patient here for 20+ years, as well as my husbands family has been. I tried calling today to leave a message for Dr. Soulias. Once I said I had Medicaid and so did my son, the receptionist instantly got rude and told me to call Livonia Family Physicians. I understand that things are stressful, but if you don’t want to answer phones, get a new job. The receptionist staff is absolutely horrible to deal with. I won’t ever be coming back.
hire better staff, I tried to make appointments at this office three times over the last five months and got nowhere. I had to drive out to the other envision office in walled lake to be seen, which I was, right away. I live in Farmington Hills and I don't want to deal with the office staff, they are rude, condescending, and dismissive on a good day. DON'T GO HERE

I've been a patient here for years and the staff and doctors have all always been incredibly pleasant. Dr Munaco is always thorough and kind and knowledgeable. He did my daughter's initial checks after she was discharged from the NICU at Beaumont royal oak as well and he was wonderful with her as well
They arent friendly and also all of them are very unprofessional, I went in a few times to see what they can do about my drive home since I am always dazed out driving down 96 in rush hour. went in 4 times, never told me what they can do to help. come to find out I am stressed out from work but Dr Wurtz wont admit to me its stress and laughs it off when I asked him about it....DONT GO HERE!

Since they changed there company to a bigger company. The service is really bad.over seen them since I was 13 years old I'm 34 now and I call when I'm sick and it takes 2 weeks to get in the people who answer the phones are mean to the people. But before 2010 it was a great place now it went down hill
