Customer Service is bad. Been On the phone call waiting for a Rep For Over 1 hour.
Talk about being on hold for three hours!!!!….by the way I’m still on hold. Called back multiple times, and still no answer!
Never got a disconnection notice, turned off the power and water, then said they can’t take payments at time of disconnection, even though it says ON THE BILL there would be a fee of $30 to take payments then and there and keep your services. Seeing how packed the lobby is, I was not the only one.
