Sometimes it can be pretty crowded, but the representatives are very good at their jobs
Automated bill pay will not work for some reason. I'm trying to speak to someone. I've been on hold for 20 minutes and now they close in 5 minutes. I'm guessing I won't be speaking to anyone today.
They do not answer the phone didn’t give me a call before shutting off my power even though I paid 300 to a 350$ bill? Been on the phone 30 minutes and havnt talked to anyone actually ridiculous give me my power or my money back
