First Gentleman on the phone tried to help but had to get their supervisor because he was unable to answer some questions. Supervisor Lindsey was put on the line. Lady was raising her voice at me and being very rude for no reason. When I let her know I was simply asking a question and she did not need to raise her voice or have a negative tone .
