Never got a disconnection notice, turned off the power and water, then said they can’t take payments at time of disconnection, even though it says ON THE BILL there would be a fee of $30 to take payments then and there and keep your services. Seeing how packed the lobby is, I was not the only one.
Got a letter today September 30, 2024. My electric will be disconnected on September 27, 2024
