Predatory, uncaring, and transactional. Will just start charging you for services without you knowing until they send you a bill to the wrong address . Then they send me an email with a "letter" stating they're not going to serve me anymore because I disrupted a charge that I did not authorize. Did a great job
I had been going to this dentist for several years. Including the rest of my family. I thought it was just normal to have a cavity or filling everytime you go in to get a cleaning. There must have been something wrong with my teeth. I brush 2x a day, floss everyday and fluoride EVERYDAY. Why was i having to get anywhere from 1-3 fillings every 6 months? Why was my bite always off after each filling? I even cracked a tooth and had to remove it because they messed up my bite so bad that it cracked. I changed dentists and have ... read more
I am absolutely blown away by Dr. Kim and his staff! Not only were they kind,and professional, but they were also extremely affordable. It’s rare to find such a great balance of excellent care and reasonable pricing. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend them!
