I had to give at least one star to leave a review. I just left their office and I will never return. Their office staff and dental hygienist were as kind as could be. They were very attentive to everything, got me in quickly, and very polite. The Dentist, however, was atrocious. His attitude was horrible. I asked a question to him that the ENT said to discuss with a dintest. In return, he berated me with his hands in my mouth. Don’t bother if you actually need an appointment quickly. They cancelled my appointment day of then said they had nothing for a month. Ridiculous. The person who I was on the phone with also didn’t seem the friendliest, more of a “not my problem” kinda attitude when regarding my needs vs them canceling my appointment and expecting me to be ok waiting a month. I had such a great experience at this dental office! The staff was warm and welcoming, the hygienist was gentle, and the dentist took time to explain everything clearly. The office is clean, modern, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!
From the time I walked through the door I was treated with understanding & kindness. Everyone that I dealt with are very knowledgeable, patient & kind. I had avoided dentists longer than I care to admit but once I found Nick Dollar I will never look for another dentist. I recommend his office to ANYONE who is looking for a dentist. No one asked me to give a review...I did it because I truly believe in his work, people skills & staff is top notch. I usually dont take this kind of time for reviews but they are worth it.
