We rented here and our landlords were not bad at all, the HOA is weird. According to our landlords they have talked to them multiple times about their dying grass and bushes, nothing was ever done. They have switched out HOA’s a couple times it sounds like. Parking is weird. THERE IS NONE. And they have these signs everywhere saying they’ll fine, but my husband parks out there bc non of these garages fit a truck. Then you pay an additional fee for a permit.
