I’ve been going here for 15 years. Today one of your workers locked my keys in the car. I understand accidents happen. But not only did he and your whole staff totally dismiss it and try to put the blame on me. While I waited for my insurance company to come for 1.5 hrs. Not once did anyone of your staff apologize for the inconvenience! I’m in sales and customer service as well. Nice place with fair prices. Nice people working here too. I'll have to update this once I see the car but so far I love it! EDIT Not terrible. Some dirty/ dusty spots and a couple places the wax didn't come completely off but still, it's hard to find a great car wash and this was definitely the best I've found in a while.
I have gone to Farmingdale Car Wash for years some great some not so great!! It seems the owners keep changing!! The back window looks fine until I leave and another’s cars lights shine into the window!! I have gone back several times to complain but if I pay 23.00 to get my car washed I expect it to be CLEAN!!!
