Farmer National Bank has very helping and knowledgeable staff!
This bank is terrible. Don't try to buy anything from overseas, they'll lock your card up and even after clearing it, it will arbitrarily get locked up for two more weeks. Don't try to buy crypto, this bank doesn't allow. Don't have problems after hours, there's no off hours customer support. I had an issue on Friday that got my card locked up, they cleared it and while doing some last minute shopping today, it's locked again. Thanks for fucking me over the holidays Farmers. I'll be closing my account on Tuesday.

We've had only positive experiences with Farmer's National Bank Columbiana branch. Cordial, professional service at the bank. And today had a "fraud check" call to verify purchases made via debit card within the past three hours. We're grateful there was no fraud -- and grateful the Bank was watching!
Not only do they have poor customer service but I literally have been dealing with nonstop problems with them on a monthly basis. The Austintown branch is CONSTANTLY losing my deposits! Today makes the 3rd time in about 6 months that I have made a deposit there and 2 days later it isn't in there (CASH deposits)! So I no longer can make deposits at the Austintown branch I guess. The trust department at Farmers is the best I have been involved with. George and Dale actually care about the people they deal with. I recommend them for all investments!
