Absolutely the worst Insurance company ever! Was paying $1,800 a year for a 2023 Mazda 3 with no accidents perfect driving record and just advised going up another $1,000 per year with no justification. Corporate greed. Already looking to switch but stay AWAY from them.
I recently worked with Melanie Hughes after damage was done to my car. She was quick, efficient and always easy to reach. Everyone told me dealing with insurance companies would be a nightmare. Melanie proved them wrong. Thank you for her help!
Whoever is giving this insurance company good reviews is either a family member, doesn't know what quality is, or has a very low bar for good service. Spend five minutes talking to one of their female representatives on the phone, and you will realize you're dealing with people who have no clue, with me first, your last thought process.
