Highly Recommend! My boyfriend has a not so great driving record, so finding reasonable rates was challenging. We had gotten a quote from "A BROKER" in Riverside, with Bristol West Insurance Company and an "outrageous broker fee" tacked on! As a retired agent myself, I remembered that Farmers also writes with Bristol. Going directly through "An Agent", ended up being $1000 less annually! Vincent was very personable, and down to earth!
