Poor communication, lack of professionalism, getting the impression this branch does not care. They keep changing my insurance policy and coverage without any clear discussion or explanation other than an automated document. My agent who says she'll call or follow up doesnt.
Lauren is incredible to work with. She’s honest, goes out of her way to get you the best deal, and she’s such a sweet and kind person. Can’t recommend her enough!

I was hit this month (totaled car) and it has been a nightmare (as expected) dealing with the at fault party's insurance. Lindsey was always there to answer questions and stepped in when we needed our insurance to come through at help fight for what we were owed.
