Thomas Morrison Blake saved me! I called him on the verge of tears. Another agent set up my home, auto and camper policy completely wrong and the wrong effective date which meant I had no insurance for several days. Was having a terrible experience with automated phone systems, but then I got in touch with Tom Blake and he was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond and got me the answers I needed. He even made a separate phone call on my behalf. Great customer service!
Tom is a super nice guy who saved me lots of money. I'm paying almost half for better coverage than what I had.
Not a good experience at all- be careful about him not fully disclosing information. Beware and read over your policy quotes he provides.
