My son recently had a wreck and Lucas and team were quick to respond and check in on us after the fact. I have worked with this team since they opened in front of Legacy park. They have been great. Insurance prices are what they are. The agents don't make the rates, so the differentiator is the service. Hathaway agency has a good group of people. Always friendly and eager to help. (I think they should open the side door for coffee and milk again though, "Inside joke for those from the community")
