When I ran into problems applying for medical insurance through Covered California, I contacted Terry Snow. She returned my call promptly and was able to give me an appointment the next day. She was friendly and professional, calmly working her way through computer and bureaucratic issues. She got me coverage I wanted. It was such a relief to have that weight taken off my shoulders.

An Insurance Agent is more than setting up a policy and collecting the premiums. They should be asking questions, finding out about your family, making sure you are completely protected, and continuing this process long after the initial policy is setup since things are constantly changing.
