Don’t waste your time.
Dealing with this insurance company has been nothing but frustrating. Their policies are incredibly vague and unclear. Good luck trying to get a straight answer on what’s actually covered. On top of that, they seem to add random fees whenever they feel like it, with no explanation or justification. When I asked for a refund, I was met with complete resistance. Silvia and her team have always been incredibly reliant and professional. We have had some incredibly difficult insurance issues in the past and Silvia has walked us through every step of the way. She cares about her clients and it shows! 100% reccomend
Very rude staff i would not recommend coming here it was horrible service and they scam you. I thought i saw a rat run across the floor but it was just marcella.
