Truly unprofessional, she mixed up mine and another home owners information, I had there sensitive details, I asked this to be rectified ASAP, it then happend AGAIN. I am now with another insurance company, this lady is very rude and unprofessional as well, I was shocked and confused at her attitude, even when attempting to set up appointments to discuss the matter.
Don’t waste your time.
Dealing with this insurance company has been nothing but frustrating. Their policies are incredibly vague and unclear. Good luck trying to get a straight answer on what’s actually covered. On top of that, they seem to add random fees whenever they feel like it, with no explanation or justification. When I asked for a refund, I was met with complete resistance.
