He seemed friendly over the phone and kind. I didn't expect a few months into my policy for my rate to increase $50+ for no apparent reason. I then tried to contact Shane but he didn't respond. I got a quote from Progressive for HALF what Shane gave me. Switched immediately. Don't go with Farmers, go elsewhere!

This agency did a great job at customer service! Farmers has never been the cheapest, but right now they did help me save a good chunk on my auto insurance and that equaled out my home policy being a little more than my State Farm one. Nonetheless, having a team available to work with me directly was important and I would highly recommend coming here if shopping around!
