I am beyond frustrated with Farmers Insurance. After paying my policy in full, they scammed me out of $726.48I was told everything was covered, but then I received an unexpected charge that wasn’t explained. When I reached out to their customer service representative (scott and liecha , they were unhelpful and didn’t offer any solutions. I’ve never been more disappointed with an insurance company. Stay away from Farmers—this feels like a complete scam!

Rachel was very helpful here at Scott Johnson Farmers Insurance in 3rd Lake Illinois. She saved us a lot of money on our homeowners renewal for 2024!
