3 starts only because Brenda and Nancy were very helpful when I needed it. I had a bad experience with the agent they currently have, "Janet" who is very rude, has a bad attitude with customers and I wouldn't recommend nobody to make any business with her. I called and asked for help in spanish, I was transferred to her and asked to help me add another vehicle to my policy and 2 more drivers, we added the new vehicle and she was waiting for me to send her the IDs of the new drivers, she still gave me the full amount I was go... read more
