Excellent service! I live in a fire zone and my prior insurer wouldn't renew. Russell got me property insurance from Farmer's at a more than reasonable premium which did not have to go through Cal.Fire. Even more exceptional though are his people skills. I had an over reaction to what I incorrectly thought was a billing error and was quite unreasonable. Russell handled it professionally and kindly and went way beyond his duty to me.
