I have been and insured through the Howell agency for several years. Every year I got a big jump in cost. Finally I decided to go elsewhere. My main complaint ... they NEVER answer their phones. When I first got insurance, they were great, very helpful. Now, not so much.Â
We've been with this agency for more than 10 years now & I was very surprised to see the negative ratings. There has only been one time when I couldn't reach anyone by phone but my call was returned in a reasonable amount of time. The staff has always been friendly & knowledgeable in my experience.Â
I highly recommend not using this agency. The employees and owner have lied to me, ignored me, changed my policy without letting me know, and they are rude, disrespectful, and flat out do not care.Â
Called to buy ins, was referred by friend, has been several days and no returned call from her.Â
